Chinese herbology dates back over 2 millennia to between 475-202 BC. This natural therapy can provide relief from acute and chronic conditions with few to no side effects.
Laura is trained in the art of Chinese herbology, which draws from nature to treat disease and stabilize the body without the use of synthetic chemicals. As these medicinal herbs come straight from nature, there are usually few to no side effects when taking herbal medicine.
Depending on your case, Laura may prescribe herbal medicine for you. All prescriptions are individually tailored to meet your unique needs. Herbs may be prescribed in the form of pills, powders to mix with water and consume as teas, or raw to be cooked into teas.
Medicinal herbs include roots, barks, twigs, stems, branches, leaves, flowers, berries, fruits, fungi, grasses and more. Only when absolutely necessary, animal products — such as shells — may be used.
